Ordering

No. Guest checkout is available. Creating an account simply lets you track orders, store addresses and keep a wishlist.
Yes — that is most of what we do. Enter the recipient's address as the delivery address and add a gift message. Turn on "Do not show sender name" if you want it anonymous.
Orders start at ₹199. The cart will tell you if you are short.
Payment & COD

Yes. COD is available on most pincodes for orders between ₹199 and ₹15,000. A handling fee of ₹49 applies, waived on orders above ₹2,499.
A few reasons: the pincode is outside our COD network, the order value is outside the COD limits, or one of the items is a made-to-order piece we do not ship COD.
Yes. Displayed prices include GST, and your invoice shows the tax split.
Delivery

Enter your pincode in the "Check Delivery" box on any product page. You will see the expected date, the delivery charge and whether COD is available.
Same-day delivery is available on flowers and cakes in selected cities for orders placed before 4 PM.
Yes. Pick your preferred date and time slot during checkout, up to 90 days ahead.
Personalisation

A clear JPG, PNG or WEBP under 4 MB. Higher resolution prints better — aim for at least 1000 px on the shortest side.
For engraved and caricature products our studio emails a proof before production. Printed mugs and cushions go straight to production from your upload.
Only if we made an error or the item arrived damaged. Correctly produced personalised items cannot be returned.
Returns & Support

Sign in, open My Orders, select the order and raise a return with photos. We respond within 24–48 working hours.
Send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace the arrangement or refund it.
Use the Track Order link in the header with your order number and mobile number. Signed-in customers can also see live status in My Orders.
